The key technique is to consciously create that same emotional state within yourself even before the goal is achieved. You start becoming the person who has already manifested it, and as a result, things begin to unfold much more quickly. Holding on to this emotional state helps you enter a flow state, where there is a sense of surrender and ease, allowing things to happen naturally.What are some of the common mistakes people commit while manifesting?Many people struggle with manifestation despite putting in effort. One of the biggest mistakes is believing that affirmations alone are enough. A person may repeatedly say, “I am abundant” or “I am loved,” but deep within, they may feel unworthy or hold subconscious beliefs that money is difficult to earn or love is hard to find. These underlying patterns create internal resistance. Even if the conscious mind is trying to affirm something positive, the subconscious mind can quietly override it, preventing the desired outcome from materialising.Another important factor is energy. Manifestation does not work effectively when you are in a low-energy state. Many people believe that simply thinking positive thoughts will bring positive results, but this is not entirely true. If you spend your day feeling ashamed, angry, resentful or upset, and then suddenly try to think positively, it does not create genuine alignment. You cannot send out strong, positive signals from a negative emotional state. True manifestation requires a shift in your internal energy, not just surface-level positivity.How important is timeline in manifestation?There is no fixed timeline for manifestation. Some individuals work well with clear goals and timeframes, as it gives them structure and direction. Others, however, feel pressured by deadlines and may lose their emotional alignment as a result. For such people, removing strict timelines can actually help them stay in a better state of flow. Ultimately, it depends on the individual and how they respond to structure and pressure.Is manifesting a goal enough or one also needs to work hard towards it?Manifestation does not mean avoiding effort or becoming passive. A person who appears lazy is often someone with unprocessed or blocked energy. They may feel stuck and unable to move forward. High energy, on the other hand, naturally leads to inspired action. When your energy is aligned, you don’t have to force yourself to work hard—action happens more organically and effectively.People also often wonder why negative patterns keep repeating in their lives. Are they just unlucky or they manifest it?This can happen because the mind and body develop habits over time. Families can also share patterns in thinking, behaviour and even emotional responses. Some perspectives explain this through biology and conditioning, while others describe it as karmic baggage. Research and practices by experts such as neuroscientist Dr Joe Dispenza suggests that emotional healing can even influence physical health. There are cases where individuals dealing with issues like hormonal imbalance or IBS have seen improvement through emotional regulation. Can you explain some basic ways to manifest a goal?For beginners, the process can be simplified into a few key steps. First, it is important to raise your energy and become aware of yourself. Ask whether you are living in the past or constantly worrying about the future, and consciously bring yourself into the present moment. Second, it is essential to release negative or unprocessed emotions. Many people carry unresolved experiences within them without realising it. When you can think about a past event without feeling pain, it becomes a source of wisdom rather than a burden. Finally, reconnect with your true self. Remind yourself of your inner strength and potential. Once you rebuild this connection, any manifestation technique you choose will become more effective.One popular method is the 3-6-9 technique, inspired by Nikola Tesla. In this practice, you write your desire three times, then expand on the emotions associated with it six times, and finally express gratitude nine times as if it has already been achieved. The idea is to deepen emotional alignment through repetition and intention, with the number nine symbolising completion.What is that one common thing which prevents most people from manifesting their goal?Perhaps the biggest blockage in manifestation is the tendency to normalise negativity. Many people accept feelings of sadness, hopelessness or limitation as a natural part of life. When this becomes the norm, they stop believing that they can create something better. This lack of belief prevents them from stepping into their full potential.Ultimately, manifestation can bring powerful results, but it requires awareness, emotional alignment and inner work. The power of human awareness is immense, yet often underutilised. People settle for what feels familiar or “normal” instead of exploring what is truly possible. Real transformation begins when you recognise your ability to shift your energy—and, in doing so, shape your reality.
