Police say both men were 27 years old and knew each other before the incident.After the shooting, witnesses said Webber stopped the car and asked them to help remove the body. Officers arrived and identified the victim as Bradrick Michael Wells. He was declared dead at the scene.During the investigation, officers were able to locate Webber’s car in Charlottesville, Virginia. Police then found him at a nearby hospital, where he was reportedly seeking treatment for what they described as a medical issue.The Albemarle County Police Department took him into custody. He was booked as a fugitive from justice.
