Amazon is down for thousands of users on Thursday, according to Downdetector.com.
There were more than 2,500 reports of issues with the shopping platform as of 4:55 p.m. PT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages from a number of sources.
Most users reported an issue with the checkout and accessing the shopping cart.
Amazon was not immediately available for comment.

More than 3,300 users have now reported an issue with Amazon.

Nearly 4,000 users have now reported an issue with the platform.
