NABARD YP application process 2025 started: The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has opened the application window for the recruitment of Young Professionals (YPs). These are contractual positions. It will provide employees with exposure to policy research, programme evaluation, and strategic initiatives. Candidates can visit the official NABARD website to apply for the posts online. Applications submitted through any other mode will not be accepted. Applicants can apply for only one discipline or location. Multiple applications will be rejected. The educational qualification and work experience must be valid as of 1 November 2025, and final results must have been declared by the same date. Candidates whose results are declared after 1 November 2025 are not eligible.The program is open to Indian citizens aged 21 to 30 years as of 1 November 2025. The engagement will last one year, extendable up to three years based on performance and organisational requirements. Young Professionals will receive a monthly stipend of ₹70,000, all-inclusive, with applicable taxes deducted at the source.
NABARD YP selection process 2025
The selection process is two-tiered. In the first stage, applications will be screened by a committee based on academic performance, work experience, overall profile, and statement of intent. Shortlisted candidates will then face the Young Professional Selection Committee (YPSC) for a presentation and interview. Final appointmeare subject to clearance by NABARD-appointed medical officers.
